Thornton Abbey railway station is a railway station close to the site of Thornton Abbey in North Lincolnshire, England. It was built by the Great Grimsby and Sheffield Junction Railway in 1849, replacing one at Thornton Curtis. It also serves the village of Thornton Curtis and is managed by Northern Rail. The station has a two-hourly service in each direction on weekdays.〔GB National Rail Timetable 2013-14, Table 28〕 All services are now provided by a single unit railcar.
